4 Months Old

Addison turned 4 months old last Saturday. My, my how time is flying! She is becoming such a baby now - no more preemie! Addison is starting to giggle, smiles non stop (even at the lamps), teething, can stand up and support her own body weight, is finding her voice and is really focusing on what she is looking at. She amazes us everyday! She is growing out of clothes left and right and is now in size 2 diapers. Tomorrow we get to introduce rice cereal to her and in a few days some vegetables. Oh she is going to LOVE this!!!

She had her 4 month check up today and got her second round of immunizations. She is a sad little pumpkin tonight. She is out doing yard work with daddy.... See picture below. This is one of their favorite past times.

She is now 11 pounds 11 ounces and 22.5 inches long. Her pediatrician is very very impressed with her growth and said that she is really on top and ahead of her game. Great news!

My Aunt Linda visited us this past weekend and could not believe how big Addi Cakes has gotten. The last time she saw her was right when she came home from the hospital. I think she was not even 5 pounds then. It was great to see her.

Addison is also starting to enjoy some of her toys. As you can see we started using our Jump & Go - she likes it but I think it will take her some time to actually realize how to use it. She also really likes her Bumbo - she is pretty cute in this.
